You should specifically request a search on your entire Criminal record Extract, including Criminal Records (including lapsed criminal sentences) and investigation records. You need to provide a filled completed application form for a Police Clearance Certificate. You must fill the prescribed Consent form so that authorized agency can apply for the Police Certificate on your behalf. You should complete with a Prescribed Consent form. The completed application form can be submitted at the Oikeusrekisterikeskus (National Legal Register Centre), Finland. Full set of fingerprints of both the hands obtained from the applicant’s at authorized agency lab on prescribed fingerprint form, certified by agency's official stamp. The completed application form with other supporting documents are directly forwarded to (Legal Register Centre), in Finland. The (National Legal Register Centre) takes around 3 to 4 weeks under regular service, to process the application if no criminal record found and after that they send the certified criminal record check (hard copy) via regular mail.
